Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 2 drops peppermint essential oil


  1. Place almond milk, spinach, banana, protein powder, and cacao nibs in a blender and blend on high until combined (about a minute or so)

  2. Add the peppermint essential oil and blend for another few seconds

  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately
